POTATO HEAD @ Seminyak

Despite its wierd quirky name, Potato Head is without a doubt a MUST VISIT in Seminyak. Potato Head is a breath of fresh air to the Bali beach club scene, previously dominated by Kudeta. With its impressive front facade made out of "antique window frames", to its mismatched chairs, and funky menu designs, Potato Head is the place to be seen.

In the day, it is a family friendly place, with a free swimming pool for public use. Make sure you book a day bed by the pool. Bring a towel if you don't want to use theirs. There is a minimum spend for the day beds, but well worth it. With international DJs playing music in the background, and the ocean breeze blowing at you, you could be in St Tropez or anywhere else in the world.

There are several restaurants in this establishment, Taping Shoes and Lilin. Lilin is our favorite, serving contemporary fusion Asian cuisine.

In the summer months and on big holidays, it turns into a heaving party place. With International DJs like Fat Boy Slim and others playing to a crowd of 2000 or so. Amazing atmosphere, great music, beautiful people, not to be missed.
